BOCHU BLT Cutting Head: Designed for High-Power, Heavy Plate Cutting

The BOCHU BLT643HL cutting head is engineered for high-power fibre laser applications, making it well suited to machines in the 12kW to 30kW range such as the ACUFAB H Series.

MAX M Series Laser Source

The MAX M Series laser source provides high-power fibre laser performance for the ACUFAB H laser cutter. Designed for heavy industrial manufacturing, the MAX M platform delivers reliable output for demanding sheet metal and heavy plate cutting applications.

High Capacity Fume Extractor.

The high capacity fume extraction system is designed to effectively remove smoke, dust and fine particulates generated during fibre laser cutting. Engineered for reliable performance in fabrication environments, it helps maintain a cleaner, safer and more compliant workspace.

FlowMaster® Software

The FlowMaster software suite is built to handle all your 2D waterjet cutting needs, with a user-friendly interface that boosts efficiency.

FlowCut acts as the machine controller, requiring no CNC or waterjet expertise. Just open your file, select material type and thickness, and the system takes care of the rest.

FlowPath simplifies part creation by automatically generating lead-ins, lead-outs, and traverse lines, ensuring precise cuts. It also detects geometry errors for optimal results.

For material savings, FlowNest offers a 2D nesting module that reduces waste by fitting parts into scrap areas.

ACUFAB’s S, X and H series support fibre laser sources from IPG and MAX Photonics, with
selectable power outputs from 1 kW to 120 kW.

MAX Photonics

For the Acufab range, the MAX Photonics laser source is available in these variants.

■ MAX X for light to medium fabrication (1.5 – 6kw.) MAX X 6kw is supplied with AcuFab S and Acufab X fibre laser. Together with a Raytools BM06k head, a MAX 6kw combination effectively cuts up to 25mm mild steel plate.

■ MAX MFSC / MFMC is for medium to heavy plate fabrication applications. (12, 20, & 30kw). MAX MFSC is supplied with the AcuFab H fibre laser. Together with a Bochu BLT643HL head, a MAX MFMC 30kw combination effectively cuts up to 70mm mild steel plate
