Equipped with the Delem 66S controller, the ACUFAB Z provides advanced 2D programming, 3D machine visualisation, automatic bend sequence calculation, collision detection and offline programming. Jobs can be prepared away from the machine, helping reduce setup time and improve production workflow.

ACUFAB Z Delem Controller

The DA-66S balances core press brake functionality with advanced productivity enhancements, offering high accuracy and operator ease-of-use.

Featuring a modern industrial touchscreen, the intuitive Delem user interface enables direct navigation between programming and production with optimised ergonomics.

The system supports 2D programming with automatic bend sequencing and collision detection, alongside full 3D machine set-ups for real-time feasibility and handling feedback.

Furthermore, efficient control algorithms optimise cycles and minimise setup times, while an integrated top panel accommodates machine functions and OEM-application switches.

ACUFAB Z - Advanced Safety

Laser safety

For premium operator protection, the ACUFAB press
brake is fitted with DSP laser safety. This advanced system protects against crushing between the upper and lower tools while improving productivity through faster cycle times.

Safety Interlocked Access Doors

Safety interlocked access doors prevent access the back gauge area whilst the machine is operational.

Safety Relay

All ACUFAB press brakes are fitted with safety relay. Safety relays are specifically used to monitor E-stops, guard switches, light curtains and similar safety devices.

Top Tool Clamping

Facilitates quick top changes when operator needs to change the top tool several times a week – Reduces time from 10-15 minutes to 3-6 minutes.

CNC Crowning

Ensures accurate bending along the full length of the part. The Delem controller calculates the bend based on material, thickness, tooling, bend length, and target angle. It then sends the required crowning value to the crowning axis/system.

X+R+Z1+Z2 Advanced back gauge

ACUFAB’s X+R+Z1+Z2 back gauge is an advanced positioning system that gives the press brake more flexibility and accuracy when setting up parts.
